Located near Bainbridge Island/Port Townsend area in Washington State, USA. Layout of the stable grounds.
Although a young stable, Tanglewood prides itself on its successful eventing horses and is currently expanding to include horses in the endurance disciplines.
The incessant rain pounds on your cars' windshield, and the sound of your furiously moving windshield-wipers are the only sounds to be heard. The stable is so recluse that even the radio station is full of static. It's got to be here, somewhere, right?
Eventually, after going down the road a-ways, you see it. A dusty heavily travelled gravel path, a rustic wood-carved sign saying, "Tanglewood Stables" underneath that is carved a quote saying, "Why get up in the morning if you're not going to have an adventure?"
Finally, you're here.
Nestled between the mountains, all you can see is a completely un-extraordinary scene: carefully groomed pastures, a weathered barn, and a whitewashed indoor arena.
This was what you spend the last two hours looking for?
Walking into the rectangular red barn, a lone mare hangs her head over the first stall door to your right while a gelding across the aisle inquisitively snuffles at you. A little colt and filly prance down the length of the barn, high pitched nickers echoing from the rafters, demanding your attention. A curly brown haired woman pokes her head out of her office, smiles, and walks up to greet you. She grins, and says, "Welcome to Tanglewood! I'm Anabelle de Vries, owner of this stable. How may I help you?"

Our aging system was adopted from =Jag6201. Every four months (real time) our horses age one year. This is a good model for my HARPG stable because it gives me plenty of time drawing my horses as foals but isn't paced too slow that my horses would age too slowly (like my old model, where the horses would age every 1 real-time year).
The stable uses a random number generator to figure out stats for the horses, people, and other animals. We use the system as detailed in *Greatalmightyqueen's RNG Tutorial.
